The Hypro D403 Repair Kit (D403-RK) is designed to fix and replace common wearing problems associated with your Hypro D403 and D403GRGI diaphragm pumps, such as broken or worn out diaphragms, valves, and o-rings. The D403 repair kit comes with 3 Desmopan diaphragms (part number 9910-800085), 6 valves (9910-1889050), 6 valve o-rings (9910-1140450), 6 valve o-rings (9910-1260420), 6 valve cover o-rings (9910-780050), and 1 sight glass o-ring (9910-390180). Note: If the oil in the pump has a milky grey color, it is time to replace your diaphragms. Never run the pump with oil that is mixed with spray. This can ultimately ruin your pump and be the cause of you needing to purchase a whole new pump. Also, if you constantly use your diaphragm pump, we recommend that you rebuild and repair wearing parts every 1 to 2 years, so that the pump will be dependable in the field.
